The agreement between you and Pure Golf Tour. Effective 1 June 2026.
By joining Pure Golf Tour (“the Tour”, “we”) and using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t join.
Membership is a privilege, not a right, and is granted at our discretion. You must be 18 or over to join. You join by completing sign-up and swearing the Tour Card Oath. You agree to keep your details accurate, and to hold one membership per person.
The Tour runs on honour. You post only cards you genuinely played, scored honestly, and you sign each card as your own — that is the Oath you swore on joining. Every name on every board depends on it.
You agree not to:
Real names are strongly encouraged.
The Tour protects the integrity of its boards. Members may privately query a card they genuinely doubt; enough independent doubt opens an Inquiry, reviewed by an appointed senior member. The Commissioner may void cards found to be false and may suspend or remove a member for cheating, abuse, or breaching these terms. Decisions on integrity rest with the Commissioner.
We may suspend or end your membership if you break these terms or the honour code. You can leave at any time by deleting your account from the Locker Room — your personal data is removed and your name is withdrawn from the boards (see the Privacy Policy).
Your rounds, pin positions and notes are yours. By posting them you allow the Tour to display them to other members as part of the competition — your name, scores, standings and shared notes are visible to members. Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You can report an offensive name or a shared note — from the member’s profile, or the round it appears on — and you can block a member so their content no longer reaches you. We review every report and remove objectionable content and eject abusive members, acting within 24 hours.
Pure Golf Tour is not an official handicapping authority (such as WHS or CONGU). Handicaps and scores are self-reported and exist for the Tour’s own competition only. We don’t certify or guarantee their accuracy.
The Tour is played for sport and standing. We don’t run betting or gambling of any kind, and competition is for honour — not cash prizes.
We work to keep the Tour running and accurate, but provide it without warranties. Features may change, the service may pause, and there may be downtime.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Tour. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. We’ll revise the date above and tell members of material changes; continuing to use the Tour means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to its courts.
